Sugar Plants ( 500 TCD TO 2000 TCD )

The Sugar plant is designed to produce plantation white sugar from the sugar cane procured from the farmers in the designated area of operation.

The main product sugar will be in accordance with the Indian Sugar Standards and grades in the ‘L’ ‘M’ & ‘S’ grain size group designations and 31/30/29 color series. The product specification in terms of the Indian Sugar Standards will be as follows and will also generally conform to the Codex Elemenatarious Commission (CEC) standards .

Production Process :
The Plant will follow existing standard Double Sulphitation Process with extraction of Juice by straight Milling as per the diagram
